Krystle Cathey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults, especially women, navigating major life transitions. Her focus areas include perinatal mental health, postpartum adjustment, pregnancy loss, and the emotional shifts that come with perimenopause and menopause, along with stress, burnout, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and depression.
